Estimated Shipping Times

  • North America: 5 - 7 business days

  • Europe: 7 - 10 business days

  • Asia Pacific: 7 - 10 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for mats damaged during shipping.  Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Because of the nature of sweat, sterilization and hygiene we cannot accept returns unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of merchandise for exchange.  Buyers pay return shipping for damaged mats, but will receive a refund with the replacement mat.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We will keep a 35% restocking fee if a brand new mat is to be refunded and no product exchange is desired.
