Power on your mat!
To turn on your mat, plug the cord into the mat first, then plug it into the wall.
Hit the POWER button, you will see the two red lines flashing, THat is when you can hit the other control buttons.
WARM BUTTON (Top Red Button) - Press the Warm button to turn on the Far-Infrared Heat. You can press this button a few times to choose how long you would like to run the program. 0H , 1H, 4H, and 8H represent the length of time in hours (ex. 4H = 4 Hours)
